PROGRAM LEAD
Time Commitment: 5-10 Hours per week
Role Commitment: Six Months

Acres4Change was established to break the cycle of generational poverty by increasing economic opportunity through landownership, entrepreneurship, professional development, and racial healing. A4C equips individuals with the resources needed to create short and long-term income and generational wealth. We foster a more harmonious society by promoting tertiary education and bringing racially diverse individuals together to challenge wealth inequality, poverty, and racism.
What We Seek:
We are looking for a talented and passionate individual with experience designing and implementing evidence-based programs in the non-profit sector. The Program Lead will join a diverse team of highly committed and driven volunteers. This position requires personal and professional maturity, creativity, attention to detail and a commitment to the vision and mission of Acres4Change.
Responsibilities:
The Program Lead will work closely with the founder and program design committee to create a well-structured and robust fellowship program.
· Research and compile database of organizations and institutions that provide professional development trainings and wrap around services
· Develop a well-rounded professional development curriculum
· Create program documents including recruitment plan, application form, orientation manual, acceptance letter, fellowship agreement etc.
Qualifications/Competencies:
· BA Degree in related field
· Experience in organizational development
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Demonstrated research, group process, and collaboration skills
· Desire to be part of a start-up organization
· Knowledge of program evaluation and quality improvement practices
· Cultural competency and a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion
